1. What We Collect

2. What We DON'T Collect

3. How Audio is Processed

  1. Your client uploads audio to our API endpoint
  2. Our servers process the transcription
  3. Audio is stored for 30 days (for debugging/re-processing)
  4. Audio is automatically deleted after 30 days

We self-host transcription on dedicated servers. Audio is processed locally on our hardware, not sent to third-party AI APIs (except fallback providers under our data processing agreements).

Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

  • All API keys are revoked
  • All audio files are permanently deleted
  • Email is removed from our systems
  • Purchase history is anonymized (for tax records)

  2. We will disclose what data was affected
  3. We will explain remediation steps

9. Children's Privacy

FastestTranscriptions is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
