All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on purchased API hours.

Why No Refunds?

  • Hours never expire — Use them in 2025, 2030, or 2050
  • No subscription trap — You're not paying for something you might not use
  • Try before you buy — 5 free minutes after email verification
  • Fair pricing — Pay only for what you need, when you need it

Before You Buy

We encourage you to:

  1. Use your 5 free minutes (after email verification)
  2. Test the API with your specific audio format
  3. Start with the Lite pack ($10 for 5 hours)
  4. Only upgrade when you know it works for your use case

Exceptions

We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion for:

  • Duplicate purchases — If you accidentally bought twice, contact us within 24 hours
  • Extended service outages — If our service is unavailable for 72+ hours
  • Technical errors — If a bug consumed hours without delivering transcriptions
